We believe well-built homes should be attainable for the people who work, serve, and build their lives in our communities—and that every home we build should do some good beyond its walls.
Giving is part of our purpose. Guided by our faith, we donate 25% of the profit from every Mission Home sold to charitable partners making a difference in the communities around us and helping those in need.
Most of Northern Colorado's new housing is built by large regional and national builders headquartered somewhere else. Mission Homes is based right here in Berthoud. Your home is built by local tradespeople, supporting local businesses, local jobs, and the community around us.
Founder and architect, David Gregg, designs our homes with you in mind: how rooms connect, how furniture fits, and how the home lives day to day. Berthoud Builders, with nearly forty years of high-end custom experience, builds them.

Mission Homes was founded in Berthoud in 2017 by David and Stephanie Gregg to build something with a faith-based mission attached. Their son DJ joined in 2019, adding a second generation to the family business. It is our pledge and mission to use as much locally sourced talent as we can, in every aspect of the construction of every Mission Home.
